The First Circle marks the moment the instrument leaves the studio and enters its first rooms — a finished instrument, opened deliberately, to a small number of people.

Every instrument stays complete and continuously variable — the private field is a personal beginning within the whole of SOMA.

TRACE.
A numbered physical field card is reserved for every member of the First Circle. It records the first release, the private field, and the instrument’s passage into its first rooms.
The first physical batch is produced and mailed after the private opening. Every First Circle copy receives the card.
